Jo Henning, aged 82, of West Bend, passed away peacefully on April 1st, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. Born on July 6, 1943, she lived a life filled with kindness, resilience, and devotion to those she loved.
She poured her heart into raising a family rooted in love and togetherness with three children and 4 step-children. Her joy multiplied with the arrival of her cherished granddaughter and her treasured great-granddaughter, who brought her endless smiles and laughter.
Known for her warm hugs, her homemade apple pie and potato salad, and her ability to make everyone feel at home, she touched countless lives with her generosity and gentle spirit. She found joy in spending time with her grandkids and two dogs; her wisdom and humor will be remembered by all who knew her.
She is survived by her three children: Kelly (Rose) Raupp, Kim (James) Shere, and Georgia (Brad) Henning; her four step-children, her adored granddaughter, Amanda (Kevin) Pascavis; and great-granddaughter, Kaylee Mae, along with many other grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a beloved brother and sister. She is preceded in death by her husband, George Henning, her parents, George and Marian Astle, and her mother-in-law, Myrtle Tyler.
Per her wishes, no funeral or visitation will be held; she will be cremated, and the family will hold a small, intimate celebration at Daytona Beach. A special thank you to Allay Hospice and Nichole for her compassion, kindness, and unwavering support.
Her love will live on in the hearts she touched, a gentle light guiding her family for generations to come.
