Oct. 23 Elmhurst Independent – The Elmhurst Police Department thanks everyone who attended the BOO-tiful event at Elmhurst City Centre on Oct. 18. Children were able to trick-or-treat local businesses after members of the police department put street closures in place for pedestrian safety.
